kaimo bendruomenė statusas Aprobuotas sritis kaimo plėtra apibrėžtis 1) Kaimo vietovės gyventojai, siejami bendrų gyvenimo kaimynystėje poreikių ir interesų. Kaimo bendruomenė, siekianti gauti finansinę paramą, turi būti registruota Lietuvos Respublikos asociacijų įstatymo (Žin., 2004, Nr. 25-745) arba Lietuvos Respublikos viešųjų įstaigų įstatymo (Žin., 1996, Nr. 68-1633; 2004, Nr. 25-752) nustatyta tvarka. 2) Kaimo vietovės gyventojai, siejami bendrų gyvenimo kaimynystėje poreikių ir interesų.
